Youth Kung Fu
Our Youth Kung Fu classes are led by professional, skilled instructors dedicated to helping students grow both physically and mentally. These classes are designed to build athletic ability while nurturing self-discipline, confidence, and responsibility.
What Students Will Learn:
-Self-defense techniques and practical fighting skills
-Weapons training in a safe, structured environment
-Health and fitness development through proper body mechanics
-Athletic skill-building including strength, flexibility, and coordinationKung Fu is accomplished through effort. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves, stay committed, and grow through consistent practice.

Adult Kung Fu
Kung Fu Martial arts classes you will be learning self-defense and proper body mechanics to better your health and fitness. We challenge our students both physically and mentally with our traditional training while creating a positive and safe environment.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi classes you will be learning traditional Yang Style Tai Chi. Our classes provide a friendly atmosphere to gain an understanding of the breathing techniques. We encourage people of all ages to utilize the health and fitness benefits of our Tai Chi program.
